Return & Refund policy

At Growlet we want your experience to be the best possible. So if you are not completely satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

Reasons for return

  • Breakage

If your product has been damaged during shipping, you must inform us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Write to us at to inform us of any damage (with photos).

If you receive a defective item, you must inform us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Write to us at to inform us of any product defects (with photos).

  • Change of mind

If you want to return an item to us because you are not convinced or you have changed your mind, you must inform us within 15 calendar days of delivery.
If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Support team via . An item can only be returned once it has been agreed with a member of our team.

All items must be returned in their original sealed, unopened, undamaged packaging (if applicable).
Once the return has been agreed with our incident team, we will indicate the address where to send the product and you must send the item to us within another 14 days at no charge.
If you have requested a refund, upon agreed return of an item, a member of staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets the above requirements. If approved, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit or via the initial method of payment for the amount of the material returned but never for the cost of shipping and the refund if any.
