CFL lighting and fluorescent lighting are used both for the growth phase and to support flowering in indoor crops.
It is a lighting widely used to germinate seeds, make cuttings and maintain mother plants.
They give off very little heat, so it is ideal for bringing the light quite close to the plants without running the risk of burning them.
Agrolite CFLs are the best known for their quality, but there are other solutions such as T5 fluorescent tubes, widely used in the germination and cutting phases, as well as to maintain mother plants.
