The LEC Solux ballast is used to power the 315w LEC grow bulbs (also called CMH) of any house (Philips, Lumafarm, Solux…).
It does not produce flickering in LEC bulbs, it is completely silent and thus does not give off heat.
It has a scaled ignition system that if you have several LEC Solux units in your crop, they will gradually turn on with a delay between them of 0 to 7 seconds.
This way we avoid voltage drops when turning on all the equipment in the grow room.
The Solux Pro LEC ballast is also capable of detecting the end of the lamp's life, automatically disconnecting until the LEC bulb is replaced and, together with its protection against overheating and overload, make this transformer a maximum safety device.
The LEC Solux PRO ballast takes about 30 minutes to turn the bulb back on if there is a power outage or overheating depending on how quickly the bulb's ceramic filament cools.
