C99 de Female Seeds are a feminized seeds result of crossing Cinderella 99 (Grapefruit Pheno) x Cinderella 99 (Pineapple Pheno).
Cinderella 99 (Grapefruit Pheno) is a sativa-dominant strain created by Brothers Grimm by crossing between Princess x P94.
In 1996, these seeds were discovered inside a Jack Herer bud in a coffeeshop in Amsterdam.
Without expecting much from this crop, a variety that would be called Princess was selected, with a sweet and fruity smell; which was unusual in the late 90s.
From there, different crosses with different dominant aromas were obtained, giving rise to the creation of C99.
In this part of the crossing, the grapefruit phenotype was used, giving it a sweet part as well as citrus and adding a certain character to the crossing.
Cinderella 99 (Pineapple Pheno) It comes from the same variety as this breeder, but in this cut the pineapple aroma was selected.
Thanks to that tropical fruit nuance, the variety potentially gains in aroma making it a unique variety.
