The steps to follow to start working with the ProsystemAqua Automatic pH-Ec Controller

Installation:

1. Turning on the “pH&Ec controller” ProSystemAqua: Once we have installed the driver and connected to the power, we proceed to select the language. Subsequently, we indicate the working mode of our irrigation system; hourly mode or continuous mode.
2. Program the Ec: We calibrate the Ec probe and adjust the flow rate percentage of each of the fertilizer pumps.
3. Set the pH: We indicate on the controller the pH value we want to obtain and selecting the pump working mode, pH Down (acid) or pH up (alkaline).
4. Pump recirculation: The water tank recirculation pump is activated by the controller at the time programmed to start the irrigation pump.

Use:

1. Conductivity measurement: The EC probe detects the continuous conductivity in the water, showing its value on its display.
2. Aspiration of fertilizer bottles: The dosing pumps for controlling the Ec (A and B) draw from the fertilizer containers.
3. Fertilizer injection: The pumps dose the fertilizers through the delivery pipe until they reach the injection valves, installed in the water recirculation manifold.
4. pH measurement: The pH probe measures the pH value in the water and appears on the display.
5. Aspiration of the pH product: The pH regulator pump, through the suction filter and tube, sucks from the pH Down or pH Up bottle.
6. pH injection: The pH pump, through the delivery tube, will inject pH Down or Up corrector until the value programmed in the controller is reached.
7. Activation of the recirculation pump: The controller will activate the recirculation pump depending on the work mode that we have programmed.
8. Activation of the irrigation pump: The irrigation pump is automatically activated by the controller at the programmed time, but as long as it detects that the Ec and pH values ​​are perfectly adjusted and stable in the water.

Optional Features:

1. Level probes (optional): Level probes are an optional element of our ProSystemAqua “pH&Ec Controller”. The maximum and minimum level probes are those that regulate the water level in the tank. It also incorporates a third alarm probe that will deactivate the controller if the water in the tank reaches this minimum water level.
2. Filling solenoid valve (optional): It is activated (open) by the controller, when the water level in the tank reaches the level where we have installed the minimum probe and the solenoid valve is deactivated (closed) when the water level in the tank has reached the maximum probe and its maximum water level.
3. Flow sensor (optional): Deactivates or activates the “pH&Ec Controller” in case of water shortage in the collector. It is a necessary emergency element in case the recirculation pump breaks, thus avoiding overdoses in the water tank.
