How is Xtreme Gardening's Tea Brew used to make a Compost Tee?
- Before using make sure to thoroughly clean the bucket where you are going to prepare the tea.
- Fill the bucket with 20 liters of clean, fresh water. We recommend using a reverse osmosis system to remove chlorine and chloramines from the water supply or letting it sit for 24 hours. to evaporate as much chlorine as possible.
- Place the contents of the 2 bags on the Nylon mesh.
- Keep the solution well oxygenated with air stones and let it infuse for 48 hours with a submersible pump for best results.
- The temperature of the water must be between 15 and 20 ºC during the entire process of making the Tee.
How is this product used for quick application?
- Fill a clean bucket with 20 liters of water (It is better that it has been left to rest for 24 hours so that the chlorine evaporates).
- Add 1 bag of 80 gr. of compost.
- Massage the bag in the water for 90 seconds so that the content dissolves in the water.
- Add the contents of the food bag and mix well.
- Apply immediately.
Xtreme Gardening Tea Brew Dosage:
- Pots up to 7 liters: 300 ml. of Tee per plant.
- Pots from 7 to 25 liters: 1 l. of Tee per plant.
- Pots from 25 to 75 liters: 2 l. of Tee per plant.
Growlet tip:
- If you use the Tee in hydroponic systems, add it to the tank 24 hours. before having to change it.
- It is not recommended that the Tee spend more than 24 hours. in the tank as it degrades and will cause fermentation in the tank.
