Jiffy, Rockwool, Eazy Plugs and coco are the most commonly used cutting substrates as they provide a very aerated medium with good water retention for roots to develop as quickly as possible.
It is very interesting that the medium we use to make the cuttings has a good balance between moisture retention and air intake.
