Metal clamp

The metal clamp is a tool used to join the different elements of the extraction system.

For example, to connect the extraction tube to the carbon filter or the extractor.

This way of joining the tubes is much cleaner than using duct tape or duct tape.

The metal clamp has a toothed body through which the screw slides as we tighten.

Thanks to this movement, we manage to fix the different elements of the extraction quickly and cleanly.

The clamps have a tightening range of about 20 mm, which makes it easier for us to assemble them.

On some occasions when our activated carbon filter or extractor does not have a standard size, that margin of 20 mm will allow us a better fit.

By being placed by the screw tightening system, it will allow us to make firm and resistant joints in the event of possible sagging or jerks.

If one day we have to disassemble the extraction system, we will only have to loosen the clamp screw to release it.

Instead, with the American tape or of conduit, its glue will stick and the parts of the system will be stained.

These clamps made of stainless steel are the most used in professional climate systems due to their effectiveness and durability.

They will allow us, with a simple screwdriver, to make tight and durable connections without possible air leaks or odor leaks.

Bearing in mind that extraction is one of the most important issues to deal with in our growing area, we must ensure this work in the most professional way possible.
