The LEC Solux Ultron ballast is used to power the 315w LEC grow bulbs (also called CMH) of any house (Philips, Agrolite, Solux...).
It does not produce flickering in LEC bulbs and is completely silent.
It has a cyclical timed system to relight the bulb safely when hot.
After a blackout, the ballast waits a few minutes for the bulb to cool down before turning power back on.
This way we get extra protection on the life of the bulb and on the safety of our crops.
What do the colored LEDs on the ballast mean?
Each LED has a color and each color means a state in the Solux equipment.
- Green: Correct operation.
- Red: Connection or bulb problem.
- Orange: The bulb has reached the end of its life. Replace.
- Flashing red: The ballast is in the process of starting the bulb.
What are the characteristics of the Solux ballast?
- Weight: 5000 gr.
- Measurements: 210 x 105 x 80 mm.
Remember that it is not compatible with the old HPS or HM bulbs.
