The Agrolite Dark Night 100w bulb is a high power halogen with a specially designed filter to eliminate all wavelengths except 510nm (green).
Plants rich in chlorophyll only reflect light around the 510nm (green) band, where they do not carry out photosynthesis and therefore this bulb is ideal for working on crops while the plants still think they are at maximum darkness.
The Agrolite green bulb is designed to be able to work with the plants when the grow light is off since the green spectrum does not disturb them when they rest.
It is very important not to stress the plants when they are resting and this is why it is essential to have a green bulb like this to be able to do maintenance work when the grow light is off.
The model currently exists on the market. Agrolite Dark Night 20W LED, which allows us a better vision with a fifth of the consumption.
