Bubblebags has been manufacturing resin extraction tools for more than 10 years.
The specialty of this house are the bags to extract resin with water and ice, also known as Ice-O-Lator.
The materials used in these bags are food grade that ensure a high purity of the final result.
We have bags of micronized teeth to filter the different sizes of trichomes of a plant.
How are Bubblebags collection bags used?
- In a bucket we are putting the bags from the smallest to the largest micron (First the 25 micron one, on top of that the 45 micron one...)
- The last bag must be the 220 micron bag that will collect any plant remains to separate them from the extraction.
- In a washer We put water and ice and wait for the water to reach 0ºC. (Use a digital thermometer)
- We put the washing machine bag with the vegetable matter that we are going to work in the washing machine.
- We turn on the washing machine and wait for the cycle to finish.
- We emptied the water from the washing machine over the extraction bags.
- We are lifting bag by bag and drain them of water and reserve.
- In each of the bags we will have the resin according to the size of the trichome (it also influences whether it is indoor or outdoor, maturity of the plant...)
- We are removing the resin from each bag and we are placing it on top of the drying mesh so that it loses all the water and humidity possible.
What do the extraction bag kits include?
- Kit 4 bags (220-160-73-25 micron bags + drying mesh + bag to store the Bubblebags)
- Kit 8 bags (220-190-160-120-90-73-45-25 micron bags + drying mesh + bag to store the Bubblebags)
