Dolomite is a solid organic fertilizer that is used to mix in the soil and thus ensures a stable pH level over time and also adds Calcium and Magnesium.
Dolomite is a very cheap product and it is always good to have it in the crop to prevent problems quickly.
It is also a magnificent Calcium and Magnesium deficiency corrector that comes in powder format to be mixed directly with the substrate or mixed with irrigation water.
The ideal is to use it during the preparation of the earth mixture that is going to go in the pots, since in addition to being an amendment of Calcium and Magnesium, it has the quality of improving the structure of the soil, regulating the pH to favor the development of beneficial bacteria and microorganisms for the roots of plants.
This product is a slow-release natural fertilizer, so it will be present in the soil throughout the cycle and the plants will take what they need without the risk of overdosing.
Dolomite dosage
- 1 g for every liter of soil if you mix it or sprinkle it on top of the substrate.
- 0,5g gr. for every liter of irrigation water.
Product Application
- You can mix it in the substrate or sprinkle it on the surface of the pots and with the irrigation it will filter.
- You can also use it with irrigation water every 10 days.
Composition:
- Calcium W/W (CaO) – 37,8%
- Magnesium W/W (MgO) – 11%
