The Master Bucker MB 500 bud destemmer is a machine that makes harvesting work much easier.
The process of harvesting large quantities of plants is made endless by the many people working on the plantation.
Thanks to the guys at Master Products, the job of separating the bud from the branch is simplified to the maximum.
The Master Bucker destemmer is capable of separating 65 kg. of buds per hour which is equivalent to the work of 15 people.
After trimming all the plants you just have to trim them in a cylinder trimmer like the ones Centurion manicure machines.
You can work with fresh plants or with previously dried plants.
A speed regulator allows you to adjust the work of the debunker to the size of the buds, preserving their shape and resin as much as possible.
It has different entry holes that allow you to treat from the thinnest branches to the thickest branches.
The destemmer comes on a cart with wheels that allows easy handling and easy transport.

How to use this destemming machine?
- Clean the lower part of the branches to facilitate and not hinder the entry of the product into the holes of the head.
- We recommend making a 45º cut in the lower part of the branch to facilitate the passage between the rollers.
- Place the harvester on a flat surface and tilt the machine according to the height of the operator.
- Start the machine with the power switch.
- Take a branch and insert it into the hole that best fits the size of the stem of the branch.
- As you put the branch through the slot, you will notice that it sucks the branch in and the flowers will fall into the flower collection container.
- With the regulator, select a slower speed to gently break the buds of dried flowers without damaging them, or faster, for fresh flowers that have just been harvested.
