Screen Dry Sift Pure Extract Park

The Dry Sift screen from Pure Extract Park is used to separate the heads of the trichomes from the dry herb.

It is delicately made on a wooden frame with padding for better grip and to avoid vibrations when working.

Available in 2 sizes with 4 different microns to adjust both to the amount of plant material to be treated and to the quality to be obtained.

What sizes of Dry Sift screen are available?

• 70x50 inch
• 45 cm x 35 cm.

With these four screens, you can quickly and efficiently extract the resin from the plant by using the first and second screen to help clean the contaminant (plant matter).

With the other 2 screens we will be able to debug the extraction to the maximum until leaving it in only resin heads.

With the help of these screens, kief/dry sift can be much more than just that green, powdery goo in the bottom compartment of your grinder.

Imagine lots of clean gold separated into 4 sizes of trichome heads.

And rivers of golden oil after pressing your Dry into Rosin, if that's the route you choose.

Quality is key and that is why the highest quality monofilament polyester mesh is used within the screens.

"Monofilament" has a simple meaning, but it is absolutely crucial for ultra-high quality dry sieving.

In other words, these screens are made by weaving individual fibers of polyester.

This prevents any chance of loose fibers clogging the mesh or potentially trapping the heads, as each line within the screen is just one thread.

How to use the Dry Sift screen:

1. We will carefully "massage" the grass on top of the 190-micron screen so that the resin falls on top of the other screens (Remember to use some gloves to protect your hands).
2. After a while, we remove the 190-micron screen and with the help of a plastic card, we will pass the accumulated pollen through the 140-micron screen.
3. After a while we will see that we are left with a rest of vegetable matter on the screen that does not pass through it.
4. We repeat the process with the remaining screens until no more material passes through them.
