Canna Potassium: Potassium deficiency corrector

Potassium from Canna is found throughout the plant and is necessary for all activities that have to do with the transport of water and with the opening or closing of the stomata.
Potassium is responsible for the strength and quality of a plant.

At first the plant has a dark green color and shiny leaves but little by little, the youngest leaves show the gray edges becoming brown.
The leaves turn yellow from the edges towards the veins, with spots of dead tissue appearing on the leaves.

Possible causes are:

• Too little fertilizer or inadequate formula for the type of plant.
• Excess Potassium that has been fixed in the substrate (not dissolved).
• Excess Salts such as Potassium in the earth.
