The 180 sprayer is a 180º sprayer that projects the water in the shape of a fan and, depending on the water pressure, with a finer or thicker drop.
This type of sprayer is one of the most used both in automated irrigation, cuttings and even similar systems in the old aeroflo from GHE.
Thanks to its simplicity and robustness, it is one of the most used for endless applications in all types of irrigation.
Depending on the number of sprayers in the same line or the level of flow that we need, we will need a type of irrigation pump specific.
A trick to control the flow in small irrigation circuits is to put a two-way valve just after the pump.
In this way we will control in a simple way, which flow we want to go through the main irrigation and which one we want to return to the tank, thus reducing the pressure.
How is the sprayer 180 connected?
The base of the Sprayer is threaded, so with a hot punch we will make a small hole in the irrigation pipe and screw the sprayer.
Allow to cool so that the connection is well sealed before turning on the water circuit.
